Heidi Marlinghaus is the Founder and Lead Consultant of EQQE Consulting, where she partners with organizations to build the capacity of leaders and teams to communicate, collaborate, and lead effectively so people perform at their highest potential and organizations thrive.

Heidi believes the strongest organizations aren't built by leaders who have all the answers—they're built by leaders who create the conditions for people to contribute their best thinking, work together effectively, and move toward a shared vision. That belief shapes every engagement, from leadership retreats and strategic planning to team development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives.

Drawing on her background in education, organizational development, emotional intelligence, and collaborative facilitation, Heidi helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve communication, foster collaboration, and navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence. Her approach is grounded in listening first, building on strengths, and partnering with leaders and teams to co-create practical, sustainable solutions that fit their unique context.

Heidi is the co-creator of A T.R.A.I.L. of Conversations, a collection of relationship-centered frameworks that help leaders and teams engage in meaningful dialogue, build trust, align around shared goals, and move from conversation to action. She is also the co-founder of ThriveCycle, where she helps individuals and organizations strengthen workplace well-being through emotional intelligence, behavior change, and sustainable work practices.

Before founding EQQE Consulting, Heidi spent twelve years as an elementary educator. Her experiences in the classroom shaped her passion for creating environments where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to contribute. Today, she brings that same philosophy to organizations across education, business, nonprofit, healthcare, government, and community sectors.

Based in Bend, Oregon, Heidi enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors with her husband, their two teenagers, and their pets, Belle and Bobbie. Those experiences continue to remind her of the importance of balance, connection, and creating space for people to grow and thrive—both at work and in life.
