Our Team

Heidi Marlinghaus is the Founder and Principal Strategist of EQQE Consulting. With a background in education and systems design, she partners with schools, government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses to lead collaborative planning, culture-building, and strategic change efforts.

Drawing on over a decade of experience as an elementary educator and her expertise in social-emotional learning, group facilitation, and organizational development, Heidi co-created the T.R.A.I.L. of Conversations frameworks, which help teams build clarity, connection, and shared ownership. She has presented at national conferences and led workshops and summits across the country—guiding groups through complex conversations, inclusive planning processes, and strengths-based decision-making.

Heidi is passionate about helping people move from disconnection to co-creation and believes sustainable change happens when everyone has a seat at the table. In addition to her consulting work, she leads curriculum development for Healing for Work, supporting workplace well-being and behavior change.

Originally from the Santa Cruz Mountains in California, Heidi now lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband, two teenagers, and their cat Belle and dog Bobbie. She loves hiking, paddle boarding, snow boarding, and soaking up time outdoors with family and friends.
