Our Team

Heidi is the Founder of EQQE Consulting. She has a strong background in Social Emotional Learning and Mindfulness from her years as an Elementary School teacher and now as a National School Solution Strategist. Heidi has been working with education organizations to support implementation of SEL in the school system while creating a positive shift in culture and climate. She has presented at national conferences in addition to working behind the scenes to create, organize and deliver conferences and workshops. In addition to Professional Development, Heidi has created and delivered curriculum for parents, students and administrators.

Heidi believes in the power of a tribe and enjoys partnering with other innovative, passionate, like minded educators who share a goal of supporting students with the tools they need to succeed and thrive in school and in life. She is currently partnering with the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement as a School Solution Strategist and has put together an incredible team of educators for EQQE Consulting.

Heidi was born and raised in the Santa Cruz Mtns, California and currently lives in Bend, OR with her husband, two teenage children, Belle the cat and Bobbie their dog. She loves living the mountain life style of biking, hiking, kayaking, floating the river and being surrounded by nature. Family is also extremely important to her and she is grateful to have all of her children's grandparents living near by.
